The processes for posting the
Playing Rules Changes on the Community Server (CS) are as follows:
1 Log on the site; http://americanpoolcheckers.us. At he home page, you will observe the title Community
Server.
2. Click on the topic Forums. It should take you to the page with a topic,
Discussions.
3. Click on the topic Discussions. Scroll down and,
4. Click on the topic Rules.
5. That should take you a page titled Rules. (Write your proposed Rule changes
here). WRITE A POST.
6. Click on the tab Write a Post.. that will take you to a page that says, Sign
In.
7. You must sign in-using your full name and
your and your password. If this is your
first time or you don’t have a password, Observe the instructions below that, which
says, “Not a member yet?” Follow the
instructions given for becoming a member.
Once you have become a member, follow the above procedure again, and you
will be brought to a page that says Write A New Post. Under the heading Subject, you will;
8 Write in the title of the Subject
you want to talk about (For example Rule 9, or Rule 12, or any other subject).
9.. Message - In the body of the
message box write out the Rule exactly as you would like to see it written in the Rules Book. The Committee will edit for any grammatical
errors and indicate to you what changes are suggested. Remember you can only do one Rule at a
time. You will have to repeat this
process for each new rule or topic.
Once
you have completed the above processes, scroll down and,
10. Click on the tab Post. Your post will appear in a new window-showing
exactly what you have posted.

Note: (Any player who has ever participated in an APCA sponsored tournament and/or
any player who is currently a member of an APCA affiliated Club is eligible to
participate in both the Posting or Voting processes).
